Please be patient, they have a lot of detail. (Page 1 of 2)

After visiting the Athabasca Glacier, we headed off on our way to Lake Louise.
We started to see LOTS of snow around.
In the township/village of Lake Louise, the river/stream has ice and snoww along along its' banks - looked really great.
Some of the accommodations were nicely snuggled amongst the tress on the bank of the river - looked really Christmassy.
Sister Helen about to clonk me one. We did so much enjoy walking the trails around the place.
Here is the lodgings we had for the evening. Great food and a nice relaxing stop. Then in the morning it was off on our way to the lake called "Lake Louise" and the big hotel called "The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise".

Here is our first view of the frozen over lake.
